Process Flow for Demo Request

PROCESS FLOW FOR REQUEST OF DEMO UNIT:

1. The Client will request for Demo Unit with the Sales Agent handling the account through call and/or email.
2. The Sales Agent will coordinate the request for demo with the Customer Service through Help Desk and will provide necessary documents for proper endorsement. Log onsite schedule will be arranged. The Technical support is assigned
3. The Demo Unit are being prepared in the Logistic Department for proper delivery to the client.

NOTE:

There are 2 Types of Demo Request

• Spot Demo whereas the Demo Unit is returned after the Demo to the Client
  For Spot Demo, the unit will be returned after Presentation
• Demo with number of days test, whereas the unit will be returned on a specific number of days.
  The Demo Unit will be delivered and will follow-up on the given date to return.

4. Document needed:

Equipment Loan Form (ELF) – details are as follows:

• Date
• Delivered To
• Address
• Contact Number
• ELF Number
• Item Number
• Quantity
• Description
• Note
• Period Start On
• Return On
• Requested By
• Prepared By
• Approved By
• Signature over Printed Name
• Date

5. After the unit was prepared in the Logistic Department, the Technical Support or the Sales Agent assigned for the demo will pick-up in the Logistic Department to deliver and/or present demo to the client.
6. For Pull-out of the Spot Demo Unit, the Technical Support or Sales Agent will bring the Control Form to pull-out the unit.

• Date
• In or Out Status
• Control Form Number
• Warranty In/Out
• Company Name
• Address
• Contact Person
• Contact Number
• Quantity
• Description
• Serial Number
• Prepared By
• Approved By
• Remarks
• Replacement Received By
• Pull-out Received By
• For Repair Released By

7. Documents are returned to the Accounting Department to endorse all the documents.
